The Book of Mormon and Chicago broadway shows are right next to the hotel. There is a CVS right next to the hotel on the corner. Nice view of Time Square and hallway views of the Hudson while the sunsets. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were hot. Staff was kind and accommodating.

The room didn’t clean. The bed sheet has blood on it. I not sure is stain on the sheet or it appears like that. It makes me very uncomfortable. Carpet is not clean it has some chip around my bed and hair clip. Shower room has tape on the wall. I have no idea why it tape like that. Also, the shower door has hole and the sink some part peer off. Such high rating hotel make me very shark the end.

First time in NYC! The staff was fantastic and super friendly! Being in the heart of Times Square...you would never know it until you walk out the doors. Its so quite (except for the sirens) Room was spotless, all of the amenities that we needed! Beds were SO comfortable. And the view was perfect! Restaurant was good, althoigh we didn't have food, the drinks were delicious! Would 1000% stay here again! NYC will stay with us forever!

The hotel is great. Would 100% recommend. They have breakfast, lunch/dinner available and a bar. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean. And the staff are very nice and accommodating. My flight got canceled and they were able to get me 2 extra days in the same room. Would definitely recommend.
