Lo mejor es la ubicación, está literalmente a 1 minuto de Times Square, desde las ventanas de las habitaciones se puede apreciar el destello de las luces. Buena zona, con movimiento constante de gente a cualquier hora. Las habitaciones son bastante mas pequeñas de lo que parece en las fotos, la primera habitación estaba en la segunda planta y se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la calle; nos cambiamos de habitación ya que una tubería del wc se estropeó. La segunda habitación exactamente igual pero en la curta planta, sin problemas de ruido de la calle y todo perfecto.

Loved this hotel! It was so clean and the staff were nice and helpful. I’d definitely recommend a friend and come back soon. The ladies in the front desk were so sweet and helpful and really made my day that they let me and my one year old daughter check in early since we had our luggage and wanted to travel the city. Nick helped us a lot by taking our bags and holding them for us and showing us the city and where to go. I appreciate all the staff here who were so helpful and nice. Loved it !

Really disappointed, from unwelcoming desk staff to disrepair and low quality of room, dirty sheets and pillowcases, scuffed walls broken refrigerator/mini bar, broken shelf in bathroom, midd sad matched toiletries, really uncomfortable stay sadly was happy to leave and will never return. older hotel painted black to hide it. Cheesy leather headboards tiny tiny room. Paid for a king room and was put into a double bed with a view of a staircase. Called to complain and The manager had someone come give us new keys. So they did rectify. I will say the king room was a tad better but still felt dirty. I usually love boutique hotels but this one had no charm AT ALL.

The property felt like we were staying inside of a coffin, which I understand the theme is “night “ but it felt stuffy like you were inside of a coffin. All of the electronics seem to have issues, the TV wasn’t working, there wasn’t a microwave or any kind of facility to reheat food of any sort, there was no gym, was really just a huge miss
