This is a beautiful hotel with amazing hospitality service. I celebrated my 50th birthday there and we had a wonderful stay! The staff really goes above and beyond to take care of you.

Staff service was alright. The restaurant on property I visited were not attentive and was kind of rude specifically the host/hostess both on the first floor and rooftop. I did not feel welcomed to go to restaurant. I was a bit disappointed regarding the room when entering the room I waited for the maintenance people to arrive upon arrival to check regarding the curtains not opening. To only realize my room curtains were not motorized and had to manually open and close. Not a big issue but bit disappointing for this level of hotel. The maintenance team explained some rooms do not have motor which I found odd, but they were friendly. I mainly was disappointed the restaurant staff hence why I did not want to enjoy what was on property. No complaints on cleanliness of room. Comfortable stay, just the curtain thing was not convenient to open and close.

The hotel was very nice. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and nice bathroom with shower and large tub. It was nice have microwave in the room. View toward Hudson River was great from the 23rd floor. Staff was very helpful. It was also great having the Spa facilities in the hotel. Availability of a variety of restaurants close by was a bonus.

We lived everything about this property. The service was top notch from bell service to checking to check out. Our doormen hustled cabs in the rain and were extremely attentive. Beautiful large, luxurious room with every ammenity and a fantastic view. The location can’t be beat with great shopping and dining in walking distance. This might be my favorite stay ever in NYC!
