This is my go to hotel whenever I’m in NYC. Always clean, friendly and low key. Coffee & croissants served in the lobby, mini bar has snacks, wine, beer & an adapter for foreign travelers. This hotel never misses a beat.

We had a room on the top floor which had a great view of the city toward the Hudson River. The room was quiet, bed comfortable, and a very nice shower. The free Continental breakfast was sufficient. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and respectful. We would definitely rebook!

A well-run ship

I was attracted to this hotel because of its nautical theme and its location, and I was delighted to discover it is charming inside. The lobby is impressive, and the free continental breakfast offers a generous selection of foods. The room was clean and comfortable, like a cabin on a cruise ship. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering our needs promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were fantastic in every way. The room was clean and amply sized, the street facing view was fun-we looked out toward the piers and had great sunsets. The location was ideal for this work trip, it was close to our working location and perfect for after hours convenience to entertainment and dining. Just one drawback-- the beds need to be upgraded! The mattress was less than ideal.
