I must say the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. That said, before my arrival, I called the hotel several times to inform them that I would be arriving at midnight and to make a note in the reservation. On previous occasions (at another Marriott hotel), my reservation was canceled without notice, and when I arrived late at night, I had to find another hotel and ended up paying double. Each time I called, I reached an automated system and could never get through to the front desk—only to the reservations department, where the customer service over the phone was terrible. So I arrived at the hotel feeling nervous and frustrated, especially since I was traveling with a one-year-old baby. Thankfully, the reality was the complete opposite: the service at the hotel was excellent, and the entire stay was very pleasant. The only negative point I would mention is that the breakfast area was very crowded, and although things moved fairly quickly, the service wasn’t particularly friendly. Still, overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a great location … close enough to everything you want to do either walking a cab rides. Staff is very customer service oriented. First time staying and I would definitely book again.

Everything was excellent except the coffee maker did not work. However, they rectified the situation by giving me a voucher for coffee downstairs. It appeared they had fixed the coffee maker, but it didn’t work after the second time using the machine. Otherwise, everything was excellent. And customer service was very happy to assist and accommodating.
