We have a king bed and a sofa bed in our room. The sofa bed is so incredibly uncomfortable that my daughter had to sleep with us in the bed. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast is varied but with low quality products. The breakfast ladies are amazing ; they care and make sure you have what you need.

Yes the room was nice. But the elevator was incredibly slow, then broken. Getting downstairs took as much as 15 minutes. The stairs are bad. Rooms were cleaned very late and at inconvenient times. The hotel seems to nickel and dime guests for everything—even slightly early check in. Expensive for what it is.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, the location was perfect, breakfast was yummy, our only complaint was the elevator. It was sooooooo slow and their one only one for staff and guests to share so you would wait 10 minutes at times for it arrive and often stop at every floor to pick up staff members trying to get to the lower levels.

Everything was good ...good and friendly front desk......good and clean room..good house keeping.......only the last minutes was disappointing that the hotel taxi driver over charge me..and argued me for higher price....front desk told me to pay... $95 yet i paid 100 including $5 as a tip..for a good stay.....but driver argued me and forced ne to pay.....$105.....that was very disappointing....the entire stay was pleasant and end was spoiled

The hotel itself was decent—small rooms but clean, fairly priced, and in a great location close to the subway. For the stay alone, I would have been satisfied. However, my experience was heavily overshadowed by a frustrating parking miscommunication. The booking site listed parking at $40 per day, which was a major reason I chose this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff explained the process to receive the promotional rate: park in the garage, then bring the ticket to the front desk for validation before paying at departure. But when I got to the garage, the attendant informed me the rate was actually $80 per day. I called the hotel immediately to confirm, and the receptionist reassured me that the $40 rate would be honoured after validation. I trusted this, since two different employees told me the same thing. Unfortunately, when it came time to pay, the total came to $210 USD for three days, far higher than what I was repeatedly promised. This was extremely disappointing, especially because I specifically booked this hotel for the lower parking cost compared to nearby options. Overall, while the hotel itself was fine, the misleading parking information and lack of accountability significantly affected my experience. I would caution future guests to double-check parking details before booking.
