Excellent experience at the W hotel! Right in the heart of downtown Times Square and the staff was terrific. Our window faced all of Time square and it was an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be staying there again.

Front desk didn't answer and I had to go down to them to get room service. The bathroom needs some work. Vent is broken, and there was mold growing. No internet service, unless you paid extra for it. Staff was friendly

I was really excited about this hotel. The decor and styling is wonderful. The room could have been cleaner and trash was left under the bed. The food in the restaurants was delicious. The views are amazing.
