Beautiful hotel and very clean. Our room wasn’t ready so we were upgraded to a suite which was amazing! There is a huge shopping mall right across the street that you can walk to. Parking was included and check-in and checkout was easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is convenient to the area Restaurants and to the Mall as well as Breakfast at the hotel is a plus. I didn’t like that staff was not at the desk on a few occasions I had to call out a number of times before someone appeared and with no apology. There is a bar facility there but it was not open in the evening when we attempted to have drinks. Perhaps a sign showing operation hours would be helpful. If I missed a sign I apologise. They also now charge for any packages they receive on a guests’ behalf but that wasn’t on their website it’s $4.00 per package. Notifications are key so there are no surprises!!
