We were unable to get into our room till over an hour after check in time. Their reason was I picked an accessible room and the people beige us requested to stay late. That should not have kept us from being able to get into our room at check in time. The staff was rude and kept saying that I booked through a third party. Which they didn’t seem to be happy about. The pool was a mess, which we ended up not using. Will not stay at this hotel again in the future.

What can I say. I cannot get enough of this beautiful hotel. One night just doesn’t get it. The beds are sooo comfy that it makes you not want to get out of bed and leave the room. The breakfast is top tier.

The room was dirty and the head board was ripped. Breakfast food was fine but the bugs and flies flying around were gross. The carpet is worn and ripping in different places. It did not seem as though anyone had vacuumed or cleaned the garbage in the hallways or stairs.

This hotel was by far the best hotel I have stayed at. And the breakfast was great. Only thing is I did not care for the French toast. I love French toast, it tasted like it was prepackaged. But overall I truly enjoy my stay. I never walked into a hotel rm and the tv’s both say welcome with ur name on the screen. I will be back.
