Friendly staff, nice room although as a wheelchair user the red cords didn't reach the floor.
It’s good value for a solo traveler staying one night. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the central station and the high street.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet, though smaller than I expected. I visited in November, and the night was getting cold. The bedding wasn’t very warm and the air conditioning didn’t warm up the space efficiently.

The room was nice and clean. The only thing was the noise at night wasn’t informed it was right next to a nightclub
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Audrey was a wonderful supervisor who paid special attention to my needs and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my visit. I sincerely thank her for her care and professionalism. I would also like to thank Janine from room service for her excellent work and understanding of my preference for cleanliness. The front desk staff were all outstanding as well! Thank you all!
