This is a very nice property. Worth the price. Fix the ventilation in the bathroom change the locks on the doors with modern locks. It is not advisable to use a key physically to turn locks. This is a fire hazard if something goes wrong and people panic. They’ll burn in the room. Other than that, this is a really good hotel worth the price centrally located in Nice..

Located a short but easy walk from old town part, good location - easy to get to different areas, shopping areas, tram stop v close, bars, bakeries, restaurants all v nearby. Room compact but modern, clean, well equipped & comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again & recommend.

A perfect base spot for our trip through the French Riviera! Friendly staff, and easy walk to the train station, Old Nice and the beach. We did laundry at the laundromat directly underneath the hotel, very convenient. Day trips were easy to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes and Villefranche-Sur-Mer.
