Staff was great, location great. The room though, smelled like a 40 year old chainsmoker lived in our room. 124 was the room. Disgusting. I bought air fresheners and put them on the ac. Did not help.

For the most part, the hotel was convenient and the type of amenities provided were what would be expected from the choice hotel class room. A couple of the desk staff people were difficult to communicate with, due to language/accent about a problem in the room. They did send housekeeping to the room but language was also difficult with them. The problem was marginally resolved but we felt dismissed as if cleanliness was not a real priority. We ended up fully resolving on our own because it was important to us and it was uncomfortable to keep trying to explain the issue.
