Disappointed with this stay. There were hairs all in the bathroom when we arrived, and the people above us kept us up all 3 nights by jumping on the bed and ground and running around. I told 2 different front desk workers and neither could care. No respect of quiet hours as someone who had very early flights and was there for work.

Not worth it

The place was old and gross. Had a weird smell in the hallways. Mismatched paint. Scratches all over the walls and doors. Shower was brown and still had soap in there from who knows when. Wouldn’t recommend.

This has to be one of my worse experiences ever in a hotel. I booked through hotel .com and the staff at the front desk was nothing but rude and not helpful at a. They told me it was a third party company and they couldn’t help me with my reservation. So eventually I got to my room and it had wet towels behind the room door. Also the lock was broke on the door I asked to be switched to rooms and she told me no sorry we’re full and that hotel was not full. Then later I went to go get dollars for the vending machine I politely lasted her if she had dollars I had quarters because it only took dollars and her sponsor was do you have money for it . I will never ever stay at a best western again even after I bought a voucher to use from your hotel So disappointing and I will not recommend that hotel to anyone

We arrived at 4 25 pm. Check in went ok. Asked for a 1 st floor and was told the hotel was very busy and i had to take what room i was given. That was ok. We were given a 2nd floor room , when we opened the door the room was a mess. Housekeeping had not touched it yet. We where issued another room this ti.e on the 1 st floor. Later that day to toilet was clogged, i went to the desk and was handed a plunger and we told she would help 9f needed but she couldn't leave the desk.

Room was fine, beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. Didnt much care for the shower but thats a personal preference (too narrow and a little slippery). Overall a nice place, would stay there again.

Not a terrible hotel

Staff was friendly and helpful. We never utilized the free breakfast. Rooms seemed a bit small, they dont use comforters on their beds so it was a bit chilly and the beds were really hard.
