I was assigned my room and opened the door and it smelled like someone had a dog in the room. I ask for another room and the desk clerk was smart mouthed to me. On the second day of my stay I returned to my room and nothing had been cleaned. I went to the front desk and ask why my room had not be cleaned and the front desk clerk informed me that all they were supposed to do was empty the trash. I informed her that even this was not done. I then ask if someone could make the bed, she said no. She then told me that the manager would be there the next morning and I could tell her. I have never experienced such uncaring, lazy, unprofessional service before. The following morning was the end of my stay so I checked out. I feel I should be compensated for this....No Service....Poor Experience....I will Never stay at this location again.
