The highlight of this unit is the 25' oceanfront balcony, accessible from both the spacious living room and the master bedroom, where you can soak in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and a full-size washer/dryer, all updated within the last 4 years. For your convenience, there’s both a drip-style coffee maker and a Keurig to start your mornings right. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring updated furniture, a flat-screen smart TV with cable, and a ceiling fan for added comfort.

The master bedroom is a true retreat, offering a King-size bed, a flat-screen cable TV, Oceanfront Balcony, and a ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom feels like a spa with a double vanity, a relaxing garden tub, and a separate glass-enclosed shower.
