Old house in Sardinian style campedanese, located in the center of the country.
The house has been completely renovated according to green building and maintaining its architectural identity. It is comfortable and quiet, ideal for those who want to enjoy a quiet relaxing time in a context that preserves the aromas and the typical traditions of the place.
Nurachi is a small town not far (7 km) from the town of Oristano and many beautiful beaches (10/12 km).

Liebevoll restauriertes Häuschen

In dieser Unterkunft haben wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Einweisung von Tiziana war professionell und ihre Tipps wertvoll. Auf alle unsere Fragen haben wir umgehend eine Antwort via WhatsApp bekommen. Tiziana spricht sehr gut Englisch. Die Einrichtung und das Ambiente ist so stimmig und man merkt die Liebe zu diesem Häuschen. Auf unserer mehrwöchigen Rundreise war das unsere schönste Unterkunft. Liebe Tiziana, danke für Alles!

Vacances sardes

Très jolie maison à l’architecture sarde, spacieuse et climatisée. Très bien équipée tant pour faire la cuisine qu’en mobilier extérieur (terrasse, parasol et transat pour la plage). Plages magnifiques à proximité (15 - 20 minutes de voiture). Potager à disposition. Propriétaires charmants. Seul bémol : wifi défaillante.

Alles notwendige vorhanden und sehr schön restauriertes altes Wohnhaus. Möchten gerne wieder kommen. Die Strände sind alle innerhalb 15 min. erreichbar.

A very nice place with very helpful hosts

A very nice apartment which is close to some beautiful beaches and nearby there are several opportunities to get food. Also the very nice town Oristano is close. The hosts are very helpful and nice.

Perfetto!

Una casa bellissima in stile sardo. Un piccolo orto, pulita e spaziosa. Nonostante l’arrivo in tardissima serata, ci hanno aspettato e preparato la colazione per il giorno dopo. Vicina alle spiagge bellissime di quarzo. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di tutto Renzo e Tiziana.

Liebevoll gestaltetes Haus in ruhiger Seitenstrasse

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage und auch sonst ist alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Terasse ist zum Teil überdacht ( Schatten) und der Blick auf den alten Granatapfelbaum sehr schön. Nuraghi ist ein kleiner Ort fern ab vom Tourismus aber gerade deswegen durchaus empfehlenswert für Menschen die Ruhe suchen. Ans Meer mit wunderschönen Buchten und Stränden sind es 10 km und Wanderungen können sowohl im Landeseinneren als auch am Meer unternommen werden. Juni ist zudem eine gute Reisezeit, da die ganze Insel blüht! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Séjour agréable et reposant à proximité de lieux touristiques

Dans quartier calme, maison agréable dont le caractère ancien a été respecté lors de la rénovation.Tonnelle sur la terrasse dont nous avons largement profité. Petit potager dont nous avons eu le droit de manger les fraises:miam! Climatisation et moustiquaires appréciées. Beaucoup d'ustensiles qui nous ont permis de cuisiner à notre goût (un couvercle supplémentaire et surtout plus grand serait peut-être utile) Renzo et Tiziana sont des propriétaires sympathiques, accueillants , prêts à rendre service et très réactifs. Tiziana connaissant quelques mots de Français et nous quelques mots basiques en italien : nous nous sommes bien compris.Je les en remercie Du village bien situé nous avons pu rayonner dans presque toute l'île et profiter ainsi de notre séjour.

Unser "zu Hause" in Sardinien

Wir haben uns während des gesamten Zeitraums (9.7. - 30. 7 .16 ) in unserem Feriendomizil sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, ordentlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es vermittelt durch die Erhaltung des originalen Fliesenbodens, den schweren Deckenbalken mit geflochtenem Schilfdach sowie einer stilgerechten Auswahl neuen weißen Mobiliars den Eindruck eines alten sardischen Wohnhauses. Ein sehr schönes großes Bad mit Oberlicht, eine moderne Küchenzeile und Klimaanlage in Wohn- und Schlafräumen machen das Haus gleichzeitig zu einem modernen Ferienapartment, das unseren Ansprüchen vollstens genügte. ARD und ZDF können empfangen werden, WLan ist vorhanden. Der Außenbereich umfasst einen Obst- und Gemüsegarten mit automatischer Gießanlage (Gurken, Tomaten, Zucchini, Auberginen, Erdbeeren zur unserer Nutzung), einen überdachten (= schattigen) Stellplatz (Unser Mietwagen Renault Twingo passte locker rein), eine Gartenterasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen bzw. zum abendlichen Rotwein, eine Außendusche und einen kleinen Waschraum mit frei nutzbarer Waschmaschine. Den Garten prägt ein uralter Granatapfelbaum, der namensgebend für das Ferienhaus ist. Unser Gefühl für dieses Ferienhaus lässt sich sehr gut wiedergeben mit dem Satz, dass wir nach dem Strand "nach Hause" gefahren sind. Tiziana und Renzo sind die liebenswerten und sehr freundlichen Gastgeber, die bei allen Fragen und Problemen unverzüglich und hilfreich zur Seite stehen. Renzo ist über whatsapp leicht erreichbar und die schriftliche Kommunikation in Englisch ist möglich. Nurachi ist ein kleines Dorf zwischen Riola Sardo und Oristano. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Kleine Supermärkte in Nurachi haben werktags von 8.00 -12.00 geöffnet. Ca. 10 Minuten von dort in Oristano Nord liegt das 7 Tage/Woche geöffnete Einkaufszentrum mit großem Lebensmittelmarkt. Die mittlere Entfernung zu den schönen Stränden der Sinis Halbinsel beträgt ca 20 km. Wenn "Sinis" wieder auf dem Programm steht, kehren wir gerne wieder in der alten Heimat des Granatapfels ein. Charming Sardegna.... L'authentique...... Sardinien ohne Massentourismus

La casa bellissima e ben tenuta è stata ristrutturata rispettando lo stile campidanese originale e ha una moderna infrastruttura . Ideale per chi cerca la tranquillità in un paese tranquillo come Nurachi e vuole godersi il mare e l'interno dell' Oristanese/Campidanese , ad es . la Giara di Gesturi , il Monte Arci , Cabras , Oristano , i Musei ad es. il Museo dei Giganti di Monte Prama etc. La casa ha un giardino/orto retrostante e un posto auto coperto. Il proprietario Sign. Renzo Ponti è molto gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante il boscaiolo è da consigliare. Poi ci sono almeno due mercatini per la spese di ogni giorno, una farmacia e un distributore di benzina. Francais: Cette belle maison d'epoque si typique de la region du campidano rénovée avec soins vous offrira tout le confort moderne pour passer des vacances sans stress. Ideal pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquilité et passer des vacances entre la mer et terre: le plateau de la giara avec ses chevaux sauvages, le Monte Arci et son musée de l'obsidienne à Pau etc... Le proprietaire M. Renzo Ponti est très sympa et toujours disponible. Nurachi est un petit village, avec petits commerces pour les besoins de tous les jours, pharmacie et station essence. A recommander le resto il Boscaiolo. Deutsch: Di antica Dimora del Melograno ist ein typisches Haus für diese Region um Oristano & MedioCampidano. Mit Liebe und Sorgfalt renoviert, bietet das Haus allen modernen Komfort für einen Urlaub ohne Stress. Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub zwischen Meer und Land. Unweit befindet sich die Hochebene von Giara di Gesturi mit Wildpferden , der Monte Arci und das Obsidian Museum in Pau etc ... Der Inhaber Renzo Ponti sehr freundlich und steht zur Verfügung. Nurachi ist ein kleines Dorf mit kleinen Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf, Apotheke und Tankstelle. Das Restaurant il Boscaiolo ist empfehlenswert. English: The Antica Dimora del Melograno is a perfectly renovated typical house of this region of campidano which offers all modern comforts for a vacation without stress. Ideal for those seeking tranquility and a vacation between sea and land. Nearby the plateau of giara with its wild horses , the Monte Arci and its museum of obsidian in Pau etc ... The owner Renzo Ponti is very friendly and always available . Nurachi is a small village with small shops for daily needs , pharmacy and gas station. The restaurant Il Boscaiolo can be recommended without any hesitation.

Wunderschönes Haus

Liebe Tiziana, lieber Renzo, wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien in euerm sehr liebevoll gestalteten Haus verbracht. Vor allem der reiche Gemüsegarten. Außerdem hat uns die ruhige Umgebung und die Nähe zu dem traumhaften Stränden sehr gut gefallen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für alle guten Ausflugstipps und euern Einsatz. lovely apartement for 2-4 persons

A friend of mine and I spent 11 days in this lovely apartement, located 10 minutes driving time from the center of Oristano. The apartement looked like newly renovated and was very clean. the furniture and the whole interior were new and the atmosphere was lovely. The owners were very friendly and communicated with us on a continuous bases via Whatsapp; they were very helpful. We were very satisfied also from the cost side can recommend this apartement without hesitation.

Easter holidays 2015

We spent lovely days at the ancient house of pommegranate. Renzo and his wife were very helpful and welcoming. The house is lovely, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is situated close to beautiful places along the west coast of Sardegna. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Thanks for everything, Jochen and Valeska
