Hotel is perfect clean quiet ans comfy beds, but when arrived reception Jesse was very rude handling our check in I booked 3rd party and somehow our reservation didn’t appear on their system But was charged and had itenery she said she needed confirmation tried giving it to her said it wasn’t that . Long story short she was not helpful at all to help I called company I booked they Ana while On phone I put on speaker was then that she said they need to call Ana speak To her very rude she then tried to make it up but that’s not how you greet or treat people .

Expedia sent the wrong credit number to the hotel, and I was on the phone with 3 different Expedia employees for over an hour. I got to the hotel just before midnight, to be told my Expedia reservation didn’t go through and she said even if it had, they didn’t have that room available. After an hour of the hotel auditor and I trying to make the almost unintelligible Expedia personnel listen to us, I had to pay $50 more for a room since Expedia had me booked in a nonexistent room. So not only did Expedia charge me, but I also had to pay the hotel directly. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever endured.

Great hotel

This hotel would have gotten 5 stars if the bed had of been more comfortable. The breakfast each morning was excellent! Very well maintained. Shower had good pressure and was roomy. Spacious room and the a/c worked awesome!

Great place to stay

This hotel was so clean and had an amazing staff. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! The breakfast was good and the beds were comfy. It was close to the downtown square that had many nice restaurants and was cute and quaint. We would definitely stay here again!
