The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. However I had promised my grandsons that I would take them swimming but the pool was closed. The pool was the main reason I booked with your hotel.

The room was as expected, the staff were helpful, but the keyreaders barely ever work. They remade the keycards three times before any door worked. Even then it is working maybe 25% of the time. Frustrating.
