Good location and very clean place to stay.

All in all it was good. Front desk was very friendly and easy to communicate with. My main issue was the temperature issue. I couldn’t lower the temperature and it was too warm for me to sleep. There was no setting to just use the fan. The window didn’t open so it was very stuffy. It was a miserable night for me.

The hotel looks lovely in photos on hotels.com but in person it leaves a lot to be desired. I chose this hotel based off of the reviews on hotels.com and honestly I’m confused because this hotel did not match up to the multitudes of excellent reviews I read. The first thing is the moldy smell that hits upon walking in the front door and is strong smelling throughout the ground level floor including in the room we stayed in. The hallway needed a vacuum. The room itself was ok. There was a very obvious dirty handprint in the middle of the bathroom door which should have been easily seen by the cleaner. The shower was an accessible shower but had a curtain that was a foot too short so spewed large amounts of water all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom door was severely water damaged. The toilet handle for flushing was broken and should have been replaced, they cost very little to replace! Also under the beds clearly had not been cleaned in some time and had a bunch of debris and even a cigarette under there. Overall for the price I’ll stay elsewhere next time. I can understand a low cost low budget hotel but there is zero excuse for the lack of cleanliness. And the pool area was run down with ants everywhere.

Sisters visit

Sisters stay for 2 nights. Our hotel of choice while family is visiting. Easy walk to restaurants either to the left or to the right. Lots of shopping choices nearby if you drive. Free breakfast is a wonderful benefit. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Pool is great. Will book again.

There were bedbugs, my bf got stuck in the elevator and the fire department had to let him out and on top of all of that we asked if our room could be comped because it wasnt offered and the lady said she would deposit points on to some wyndham rewards thing and we would get an email and I never did. When I called to check back the person on the phone was rude and snarky and the manager never responded when we left a message. We handled the bugs and the elevator with grace, we didnt make a scene and we were very gracious for the help so it was very disappointing to be treated so poorly in the end. Will never stay here again.
