Very disappointed with this hotel. The door key was not working, and staff had to keep opening doors for us. The hotel is under construction and there were buckets of dirty water and wires everywhere. Noisy construction. Non-working elevator and we were on 3rd floor. The staff was nice and tried to help. It would have been nice to inform us that the hotel was under remodel and going through new ownership. We would appreciate some type of compensation for this inconvenience....

Nowhere does it tell you while you’re booking that the entire building is under construction. You have to navigate over chunks and pieces of concrete just to get to the front door. Once you’re inside, you have to navigate hallways with chopped up flooring and swaths of carpet covering holes in the floor in which one of my high heels went into. The room was incredible because it was completely remodeled. However, because I do meetings virtually from the hotel the construction noise was very inconvenient. None of the amenities are open either. The price was fair however because of the noise I would’ve stayed somewhere else

The hotel is under construction, the employees did everything they could to make sure I was happy with the room. Great breakfast every morning. The hot tub was nice and hot and the pool was nice and warm.

Card machine broke . Put us in wrong room . Phones didn’t and then the elevator stopped working. Beds are very firm . Never apologize for any inconvenience. Oh and they had water leak in the lobby. I am sure all this will be fixed . It’s the idea no one offer to compensate or apologize especially the manager. It was almost like we where putting her out..

Where to start! We had quite the adventure just finding the place. No signage whatsoever. We ended up coming in from the back and thought the place might be shuttered. Entry ripped apart and a city stop work order mandate (due to no permit for the aforementioned demolition) on the front door. Entire first floor getting refurbished and drywall dust on pretty much every surface. One luggage trolly for the entire hotel. Ice machines inoperative on all floors but the lobby. One of two elevators out of commission. Glad we were only there for a single night passing through.

The staff were warm and caring. They did everything they could to make my stay pleasant.The property is in need of a thorough, detailed cleaning, new carpet, lighter colored drapes and lighter paint schemes. I hope in their remodel they don’t turn it into another blah blue, grey and white remodel like all of the other hotel chains are doing. Please keep the lovely knotty pine and cabin style accessories in the public entry as it creates a charming, warm atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable, too.
