The hotel was Ok. Unfortunately, we could hear a lot of street noise and couldn’t sleep or got woke up. The bed was not comfortable. You could feel the springs to be honest.

If you're in town for and event at the CHI Center, a baseball game or just for a weekend away this is a fantastically located hotel. Clean, quiet and second to none in customer service.
