Everything was great except the utensils in the breakfast. They are old, hard to find a clean one. I recommend buying new silverware suitable for the hotel and pay attention to the cleanliness out of the dishwasher

It was very disappointing. The staff (other than Christina) has been consistently rude. The food being subpar (other than breakfast) the lack of staff. The pool thing. And a broken spa. For the money it is. None of that was worth it. The room basically being stripped down of most stuff. They spent all their money on the lobby and didn’t leave any left for any qualified staff. Who I assume are underpaid considering how miserable they seem. For repairs and for the bland rooms.
