Welcome to the Casa Del Rio located directly along Pacific City's wild and scenic Nestucca River and also within walking distance to beach access. Close to restaurants, kayak and surf rentals. Come stay at the Casa Del Rio where you will find a backyard retreat with a fire pit, propane BBQ and plenty of seating for everyone to experience the simplicity of life next to the water's edge. Lounge in the sun on the expansive lawn or sit under the deck and enjoy drinks and a meal outdoors. Watch for an abundance of wildlife, (eagles, osprey, deer and waterfowl) from the large west facing deck or just relax and catch up on that book you've been meaning to read. Once inside, the sweeping river view feels as if you're on the water. There is a bright open living room, dining and kitchen floor plan that allows all to gather and share beautiful moments. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a smart TV in the living room. There are two bedrooms, both with a king size beds and a full bath located on the upper level. You will also find another smart TV in one of the upper bedrooms. On the lower level you will find the third bedroom with a river view, a twin size bunk bed plus a queen size bed, TV, a full bath, and a full size laundry room. The Casa Del Rio is equipted with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Also located on the lower level is mud room which opens out to the backyard and has a mini refrigerator to keep your drinks cold.

Only 1-1/2 blocks to beach access and miles of white sand is an added bonus. Shift your frame of mind and stay for a weekend or stay a week. The Casa Del Rio awaits.

Pet fee is $50 plus lodging per pet, per stay. Up to two pets allowed. Pets must stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house our garage unless in a kennel.
Pet limit is 2 pets.

This house in pacific city was a great getaway for us and grandma. The sunset on the first night was great and it was a good place to just relax. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and the best part was watching the wildlife on the river.

Excellent house for a fishing and beach weekend with family. Awesome views out the windows, short walk to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed wildlife viewing out the windows, movies on the Roku, a bonfire on the last night. Only beware is main living, kitchen, beds and bathroom are upstairs. And it's too bad there's not a dock.

Great location, beautiful view, deck was over the top, and it was a big house. Really enjoyed our stay here, had a great time and the kitchen was fully stocked. Was able to make a huge breakfast and dinner multi nights with no problems. The windows in the main room were great. Brought in a natural heat when the sun set on them but open a window and you have an amazing breeze through the house. Down stairs stayed cool which was nice. Really enjoyed this place!

Perfect for our stay

This house was perfect to spend the weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday with her friends. There was enough room to spread out, and the house seems like it’s had some recent updates here and there (particularly appreciated the brand new nonstick pans and knives). Wish the weather would’ve cooperated so we could use the outdoor areas more. It’s an older home but clean and comfortable.

Weekend getaway

The location is super unique and we enjoyed it. The view of the river is beautiful and the beach is a close walk. The property has been upgraded but the new plumbing failed and there was a leak under the kitchen sink. Katie was quick to fix and it was just a blip in between our relaxing time there.Probably won't go back to this location again, but from an adventure standpoint I'm glad we stayed here.We were well taken care of.
