The room was out dated and cheap also took 25 seconds to flush toilet and the bed moved and sounded like a horse walking when we tried to have sweet lovin but had to stop cause laughing to hard seriously tear this place down build a up to date hotel with up to date entertainment in the room (netflix) duh

After paying for the tower ,at arrival to the room we were sharing a door to another room this been said I could hear everything in the other room ! Making us have to switch to a regular room outside the tower but with no change in the price !

Bad experience. Property manager is useless. No internet for a whole week. Dried dog feces left on the hallway rug for a whole week. Housekeeping knocks on door at 9am on day of check out. Adjoining rooms have no door sweeps so you can hear noise and weed smoke under the doors. I will spend my money elsewhere

You have to leave the lobby to walk to your building for your room. I can hear my neighbors and smell their popcorn. The room was clean but the bathroom was outdated and the shower head was so low I had to bend to shower. The coffee shop on Sunday morning was not open.

They never answered the phones we called several times AND also called Expedia to let them know and not even Expedia was able to get in touch. When we got inside room coffee maker was missing parts I called the front to ask for the part missing and they said that had nobody to send me the part that I had to wait 3 hours to make coffee.. both nights it was loud the rooms are very thin you can hear everything from other rooms, the property condition is bad, the Car for the luggage is broken and lastly my son almost got hurt with the elevator bar. It broke completely and it was just hanging.

I wasn’t able to stay the most NASTY, DURTY ABD HORRIBLE please I been in, as soon I check in I went to the room and immediately booked another hotel, when to the lobby and complained about the NASTY PROPERTY and they knew about the condition of the rooms, the problem here is when si booked this hotel the pictures they are showing on Expedia are FAKE, NOTHING IS REAL. I’m very disappointed, Wyndham the WORST

The room was clean, the front desk was fantastic in person. Don’t bother trying to call the hotel directly though we were disconnected 10 times. The grounds were clean. Our rooms were on the 10th floor in the tower and the traffic noise was very very loud.
