The hotel was clean and reasonably maintained for the price. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The front desk staff was very friendly. The only reason I didn’t give a highed rating qas because the housekeeper opened out door and woke us up THREE times. Even with the do not disturb sign up. That was absolutely inappropriate. Woke up the kids and it freaked them out.

The people that work there were very rude. Especially in the restaurant area. The room when opened smelled like chemicals and very damp had to completely leave the door open for 10 minutes to air out the room. It was very cold and no extra blankets or pillows, or any kind of things in the closet. The only nice person we met. The only nice person we met with the guest services manager, Michael Figueroa. And one of the Spanish cleaning ladies was very nice in the main lobby.

Not the Wyndham I expected. This is a rehab hotel that kept the same fixtures and slapped new paint over the old one. Bathroom tub and tile were just repainted. Lobby door locks don’t work. A/c is efficient but noisy. Pool is fine. Staff is friendly. I’ve stayed at other Wyndham properties and I would not visit this one again.

The rooms we rented were super clean, very comfortable, very spacious and everything as it was illustrated in the photos. The water area was great. The bar areas were awesome. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Everything was nice and clean. The view from the tower was amazing. Check-in was fast and easy. I booked the king bed superior room and the space was very large! There was limited parking at night during my stay but luckily everything was a short walking distance.

Bad experience when I checked in, one expects to be received well at least with a hello welcome, but the girl didn't even smile, she spoke too fast, gave us the keys, a paper and told us that the room information and how to get to it was there, and that was when there was no one else in the lobby because we arrived at around 9:30 pm. With the check out it was another case, I was helped by a man named Christian, apparently he was in a bad mood, he approached me at the counter and with a bad face he asked me the room #, seeing him so upset made me a little nervous and I forgot the room number, he made a bad comment, turned around and stopped helping me, and continued serving other people and left me waiting like an idiot at the counter until another girl arrived and helped me very kindly and ashamed of the terrible attitude of that guy. She and a man named Julio Espinoza were the best I found in that hotel, the rest will not make me come back to stay there.

The rooms need a major upgrade. The room we had was spacious but the A/C leaked all over the floor, the bed was terrible and the pillows sucked. We reported the problem with A/C and they did nothing about it.

The room we stayed in was a mess. The floor was infested with bugs and spider webs. The bathroom had mold everywhere, on the sink, in the closet, on the hangers. The wall had water stains on them. The TV wouldn’t work. There was a dead cockroach at the front of the door. Would not recommend staying here.
