Everything was great other than you could tell the sheets had not been changed. Comforter has something green like snot on it. Deal breaker for me. We ended up getting our own sheets. Shouldn’t have to do that

The man (sorry did not get his name) at the front desk was very nice and allowed us to check in early. Overall good stay, except for one night at 3:45 AM when someone started playing pounding music that went on for hour and a half. I kept thinking it would be taken care of being it was so loud but it wasn’t and I finally called the front desk and they did take care of it immediately after that. Elevator was also extremely slow that we used the stairs. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay.

Very good hotel and pleasant staff. Very friendly and everyone was welcoming. Hotel breakfast was ok and consistent. Most importantly the hotel and rooms were maintained very well. We stayed here during a 6 night visit fir Universal Orlando. The hotel is close proximity to many shops and restaurants.
