Great front desk staff, we were fortunate for early room entry. First timers at Drury, room is great. Sadly didn’t experience the happy hour, we took a much needed nap. Pool looks amazing with outdoor drinks and dining.

Drury continues to be the best

We first stayed when it hadn't been open long so everything perfect and everyone doing their job really well. Well, its still like that. Everything looks perfect and service is probably better. The staff are the same calibre that Disney employ where nothing is too much. Have to say the stand out person for us was Priyush Prem. He couldn't be any better. A pleasure to stay there.

Decent Hotel But Some Changes Not Ideal

Chose this hotel because of the additional benefits, ie breakfast, kick back and drinks. Quality of food appeared to be a lower standard than last year. Drinks reduced from 4 to 3. Still ok, but not as good as it was. Room not refreshed one day. Pool area lovely, and reception staff were lovely.

Super nice Hotel and excellent cleanliness and actually free food breakfast and dinner. 2 free Alcoholic drinks if wanted . Pool nice and relaxing . Walked to Disney Springs in the evening and back just for fun and ice cream . Will definitely come stay again.

LOVE DRURY HOTEL

My experience with the Drury Hotel was excellent from the first day of my stay with my daughters and wife. We went to Magic Kingdom for the Halloween party. We stayed 2 nights. Everything was perfect, from the room on the 14th floor, the breakfast, the proximity to all the parks and Disney Springs, I loved the pool and their market, the Pizza Hut. My only complaint is that we arrived from Miami to the hotel at 6 pm and the room was not ready and I had to wait until 9 pm to check in. Please, that should be at the estimated time because I arrived later and I wanted to bathe my daughters and let them sleep a little. That irritated my wife and me a little. The front desk lady was not to blame, she apologized, that's why her name is Grace. She is very nice and super friendly. I loved her help.
