The main issue here is it doesn't feel like you're staying in a hotel. It feels like you're staying in an apartment building. Once you get out of the elevator, the smell of cooked food hits you. One room that we went into smell like cat urine and the other room that we ended up staying just had a stench of food the whole time we were there. Their sign that says housekeeping comes to clean your room once every 14 days &; you can't refuse it. They might want to reconsider the time frame. The bathrooms and beds along with the sheets were clean. I stayed one time before at an Extended Stay. I didn't have this experience with the smell. We'll probably not stay at an Extended Stay tay in the future. Their breakfast is a grab and go. After the time frame they remove everything. Other places at least leave the option of having coffee during the day.

It was disgusting first room we had was full of mold. Also had dead roaches. Went to the front they gave me a different room but stated were in fl mold is inevitable. The 2nd room still had mold the room smelled horrid had to buy rooms spray. Just dobt go. There is no free breakfast its just coffees and muffin

If you are here for a quick visit, this is your spot, but this place is not clean. The room was dirty. I have a feeling that a few years ago it was clean and a great spot, but not now. Honestly, it was an okay place if you want to spend a night. The breakfast had ZERO options.

The room was nice and clean but it wasn't handicap accessible for my husband. So we had to keep leaving our room to take him to the bathroom in the lobby and we had to keep asking the guy working the front desk to open the bathroom for us. My husband is in a wheelchair and needed safety bars to hold on to use the bathroom and there were none in the bathroom in our room. Also, breakfast sucked. I never want to stay there ever again. I really want a refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone and the lobby bathroom was so dirty.

This place is horrible to stay . Place had a bad smell since we arrived. The rooms smell bad and not clean. The water had a bad smell and it was like dirty . Free breakfast they say only thing is coffee and a muffin .Room service was horrible . We ask for towels because we were 5 people and they only had 3 in the room . The receptionist said we don't have any towels . Plus she was rude and on her cell phone How can a Hotel not have towels !!!! Do NOT STAY HERE
