!!! Contact us for extended stays (28+ days)!!! Our home is located in the gated community of Coral Cay, close to Disney and the attractions of the 192. This is a resort-style community, with pool, gym, game room... It can sleep up to 8 guests. Our home is also facing a beautiful pond and the community pool and has a private hot tub on the deck (heated at no extra charge). Downstairs there is a king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A kitchen, living room and dining room. A patio with heated hot tub. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. A king size bedroom. A bedroom with bunk beds. And another bedroom with twin beds. And a bathroom (bath tub). You will love the views on the pool and on the pond and the fact that you will be able to go to the pool within 50 steps from your own property !!!! Amazing location. Amazing house. Very convenient. (Washer and dryer are included in the property)

What to Expect Before Check-in:
After booking, you’ll receive a quick registration form to complete digitally.
We’ll ask for a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify your reservation.
We also require a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card. This step helps us verify the card and ensure all details match the reservation.
A digital door code will be provided after verification is complete.
At least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important House Rules:
No smoking and no pets are allowed inside any of our properties.
The home is for vacation use only — it cannot be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team has the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card:
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues reported.
Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional):
Pool heating is available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating is available from 8 AM to 8 PM, and temperature may vary based on weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
By VRBO, you agree to the cancellation policy as listed on your booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Family trip

The house size and amenities were perfect for our stay. My only complaint that is a home that advertises gear for small children this 5'2 momma was unable to bath her kiddos due to the shower door being caulked or screwed down. I could not reach the faucet or drain without getting in the tub with them

Fairly neat townhouse

Housekeeping needs to a better job cleaning. I found several human hair and stains on the bedding. The townhouse was nice but the cleaning company needs to be reconsidered.

Management and repairs were main issues

Hot tub didn’t work after the first day (Sunday) and neither did the toilet in the half bath. It took 12 phone calls, 2 messages when the voicemail wasn’t full, and an email before someone finally contacted me on Thursday of our stay. A handyman was supposed to be there that day, but didn’t come until Saturday, the last full day of our stay, and the management simply didn’t care.

Immaculate Townhome

The home was roomy with the four bedrooms. The rugs were clean, plenty of towels, fresh linens, bathrooms clean. More than enough room for a family of six, 2 adults 4 children. Near main street to Disney, took about 5-8 minutes depending on the park. The owner was great to deal with responds within an hour. Easy to get in the gate with code, and the door with code even had an alarm. Very quiet, will definitely rent again.

Absolutely loved it. Very nice place and was quiet where I was placed.Great price for what it was.

Loved the property. Had everything I needed and then some. Kitchen was well equipped. Ran into an issue with the hot tub but it was quickly resolved. Also ran into an issue with the hot water heater but I was able to fix that myself. Close to plenty of things and made a nice place to come home to after work. I was there almost two weeks and would definitely go back. Yann was great and communicated very well. Hopefully I will be back next year.
