Overall we had a great stay. Our beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast is always good with waffles Price was right, but it was annoying to have to pay a separate parking fee. The hot tub wasn't open and that was one of the main reasons I chose this option. Property could use a refresh and some upkeep .. I choose

We arrived yesterday and when we checked for bedbugs we found 5 on the couch. We took photo and went to front desk. Showed photo and said we not staying. They offered another room and to have pest and maintenance to check. They would not refund me and said I had to contact you. I spent time yesterday trying to find your customer service number and could not. I tried reaching out through app and when I clicked on refunds I entered my name and and other details and when it said click here I was brought back to main page. I need the number customer service to get my refund. We had to walk to another hotel so I have paid twice

We didn't have enough towels either day we stayed, the bathroom floor wasn't swept and hair was on the floor that didn't belong to us. We paid for late check out but the housekeeping staff kept knocking on our door interrupting when it wasn't past our late checkout time.
