The hotel was in a great location and very close to the airport. I needed somewhere for my family of 6 to sleep before our cruise. Upon arriving, I was pleased with the grounds and the front desk encounter. Once check in was complete, the nightmare began. The elevator to the guest rooms was dirty and nasty. It needs to be updated. The 2 rooms we had were both in bad condition, especially the bathrooms. There was rust around the tub and drain, and was not cleaned properly. Worst of all, there was a huge roach/other insect in our room. We requested a new room, and was moved to a smoking room as that is all that remained. Unfortunately, my family member suffers from allergies and was coughing and sneezing the entire night. I asked for large size trash bags to put my luggage in to ensure the bugs did not come into my luggage. The front desk couldn't even provide that. Overall, I would not stay here again (even for 1 night) and would not recommed anyone to waste their money here either. There are other, more reasonably priced hotels in the area. Try your luck somewhere else.

I liked the fact at it was walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. The staff was wonderful. The only drawback was during my 4 day stay for 2 days we didn't have access to the pool.

Great Hotel !

The hotel was really nice . I had the shuttle from and to the airport which was really helpful! The only thing I didn’t like much is the shower water pressure that was pretty low .. but everything else was great !
