The property is in need of updating and maintenance wallpaper coming off elevator mini spot for the concrete is deteriorated. Stay here four years ago and was excellent pleasant stay but I think I would go somewhere else next year.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They ordered an Uber from the airport and check-in was easy. The room and common areas were worn and needed updating or replacing. However, for the price it was acceptable. The shuttle going to the airport Only once an hour was not acceptable, especially for an "airport" hotel. In general a good stay but had to call an Uber myself since the 5am shuttle was already full by 7pm the previous night.

The hotel looks like it’s falling apart, nothing like the pictures. I was given 2 different rooms, the first was infested with ants and the second room had hair on the bed and toilets after being “cleaned” there was blood stains on my bed and stains all over the walls and the sheets were yellow, and nobody did anything to resolve the matter. I won’t be staying here again.

Bed Bugs Crawling everywhere. We had to be moved to another room ~ three floors away. This was a one night stay after a late night flight from Philadelphia to Orlando. We booked this last minute because our reservations in Disney were changed to the following day. My wife and 10 year old son were petrified to stay in the new room after what we saw in the original room. But it was 1:30AM and didn’t have much of a choice

We were just there to sleep due to a late flight in, so we did not spend a lot of time and were meeting relatives for breakfast so can't even comment on the breakfast. It was easy to find, and seemed like a safe neighborhood. Friendly staff on check in and check out. Air conditioner was a little loud but other than that met our needs well.

Mattresses in Room 116 is outdated and rock hard. Look like they came from someone’s grandmas house. Overall the property could use better housekeeping. Once u leave the front office area its a whole different view. Convenient stay to our park n fly location. Tons of hotels in this area. We would stay somewhere else if we came back before we would choose this again. Way better hotels with similar prices. Breakfast was bare minimum effort.

Our room smelt very musty, they moved us and both rooms we couldnt take off our shoes, the floors were sticky and gross. The 2nd room had a smell but not as bad...the walls were paper thin and the entire hotel was run down...paint the doors, they wete disgusting. The front elevator was crazy scary, it bounced like it was gonna stop between floor 3 and 4, we resorted to taking the stairs. I would not recommend this hotel, even for one night.
