It was average. Stayed on the 7th floor with only 1 elevator working, had to wait almost 10 min for one, rooms have no usb plugs anywhere, breakfast was horrible, i like la Quinta breakfast usually. All the waffle containers were empty, waffle makers timers not working, no coffee! All empty! And the lady working there was too busy chatting in her own language and bringing extras from the back for them while not doing her job. No scrambled eggs or any meat. Only white toast and cream cheese wasn't in fridge, also no regular creamer only dairy free(nasty)

This was a typical Disney S$!t hole. The counter people were not happy and seemed to be bothered by us being there. The carpet was wet and dirty and we had to wear socks not to get our feet that way. My wife is a former police detective and she said the carpet looked like a crime scene. When she sat down in the chair she fell over and about hit her head on the air conditioner. 2 of the rollers were not attached. The bathtub was stained and not very inviting. They seemed more concerned with getting the Disney people in and out. One of the worst stays in a hotel and I have ever had and I have traveled all over the world and the US.

The rooms are very dated. Faucets are hard to turn on and off. It dripped continuously. The carpets in the main areas were stained. Main elevator was out of order. Breakfast was an option of cereal, toast or waffles, yogurt or apples - there were no options for dairy or gluten allergies.

My nephew spend 4 hour out of the room because he left the key inside, there was no one in the lobby, no answering the phone and nothing, one of the beds was dirty with a blood stains and there was no employees to say something in the front desk, I felt unsafe.

This hotel is falling apart. The door to get in the building was only on one hinge , yet some how locked and still needed door key to enter. The hallway was absolutely filthy, while we waited for the elevator in a boiling hot hallway we watched a man let his dog pee in the corner. The elevator was falling apart, the paneling on the wall was open and the electronics were exposed. The second floor button did not work on the elevator. Our room AC would not get cool. It ran and ran and made all sorts of noise but never got cold. We could not sleep there was some sort of humming coming from all the sensors on the walls. Over all , would not stay here again and do not recommend.
