We loved the 3 bedrooms to be able to spread out and cook our own meals. Two bathrooms made getting ready for the day easierKids enjoyed the Pirate Ship pool although the heater wasn’t working and it was a little chilly. Note the slide has a height requirement of 48in which disappointed our almost 6 year old, wished we would have known that ahead of time. Property was great overall, but one toilet had a black ring around the outer edge and the couch is ready to be replaced, as well as some cracking in the main bathroom ceiling. We had a situation with getting an infant bed. We called the evening of our checkin and were told one would be sent to our room. At checkin the man told my husband he got one for us. When it never showed to the room my husband called the front desk and assistant manager told us she didn’t have one and house keeping was closed as we checked in around midnight. So we were left to figure out a bed for our 6 mo old… only to wake up around 8 am to a bed outside the room. Very odd and no communication about it afterwards. We would stay again if the price was right.

Great place to stay for Universal Vacation with children! Very central location to all parks, restaurants, Disney Springs, and shopping. Beautiful pool and relaxing hot tubs. The only issue we had was the use of the bathtub in our suite was a bit temperamental. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Spacious condo-like unit

This is a very nice resort in a good location for all of the theme parks and attractions. Very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a great balcony. Large pool deck with plenty of lounge chairs. The furniture is a bit worn, and the TV Channel guide on the TV is not accurate.

The pool was too cold :(

Other than the pool being too cold and not being able to tolerate it, the property was great. We did use the hot tubs and we tried to use the pool across the street, but it was pretty cold too. If you want a pool to swim in, I don’t recommend this hotel but if you’re just looking for a really nice Apartment style room, this was great.

The room was dated, the air handling unit on the building across from us made loud brr noise keeping us aaake at night and not able to sit on deck comfortably. The pool was so cold and the hot tubs were filled with children until late in the evening. One hot tub was gross could not see bottom had hair floating in it.

This is an older property but was perfectly adequate for our 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a full kitchen. Staff was great and our unit was very clean.
