I came here with my family, and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and affordable. We all felt safe staying here. We loved our suite and would definitely stay here again to be close to all the Disney theme parks. Publix grocery store was right down the street on a back road about a mile away, and a Starbucks too! Full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food in our suite. Overall, wonderful stay and 10/10 would recommend.

The property is conveniently located to Disney. Staff is polite and courteous. However, the key card system is horrible. It rarely works the first time. Initially I thought I got a faulty card but every night a few families would be stranded outside for the same issue. Trash is littered around elevators and in common areas because the key card to open the trash room doesn’t work. I didn’t experience any other amenities on site, but I’d consider this property a 3 star or 6/10

Hotel room was not great. Dishwasher did not work, dryer did not work, living room table was falling apart. Table on balcony was chipping away. Outlet did not work. Rug was outdated. Hot tub water spout leaked. Pool area was much smaller than photos online. Hotel room was not updated/maintained well at all.

Great way to unwind after going to the parks.

The resort is a time share but you don’t have to do the meeting. The workers were all great and always a great help. The place was clean and if something was wrong they always made it right. I would definitely stay here again or another one of there resorts. There are 2 pools, a convenience store, Pizza Hut, a bar/food place at the big pool, an Irish restaurant and a small gym. The rooms with the Jacuzzi tubs were amazing after a day at Universal or any of the other parks. We did attend the timeshare presentation and Jose was awesome. I had a bad experience with a timeshare in the past and found that things are being done much differently and fairly than before. Jose was very personable and was able to answer all of our questions. Lake Burna Vista Resort Village and Spa was great.

The rooms didn't have curtains, so the sun hit the room very strongly. I didn't rest well, that sun didn't let me sleep. The unit also had an old smell and everything was very old. I only liked the breakfast and the pool.
