I was locked out of my room for almost an hour. I called the hotel 9 times and they said someone was on the way every time. They lady kept putting my on hold, and didn’t answer my call on the 9th time. I even called 911 because my dog was over heating, but they would not help me.

Very beautiful colours of villas, clean property, room and all spaces with professional staff and the waterpark entrance is a major bonus! Definitely wish there was an airport shuttle and some bikes for property use but shopping center nearby and the weather is so lovely!

Property was great! A lot of great food options and drink options. Fun boardwalk. Kids loved the H20 waterpark as well as the pool directly on the property. The cotton candy ATM was pretty cool as well!

I stayed in the cottages. I felt disconnected from everything. It was far away from the pool. It was far away from what I felt was everything. The cottage itself was beautiful, but I prefer to be close in walking distance 2A pool, and yeah, for it being margaritaville. I had margaritas at the pool bar and it was more like a snow cone, very disappointing. I love my margaritas when i'm on vacation

Property was great. Check in was long with limited information provided. We were there for 4 nights and never received any service including when we called up to get something repaired. Trash was never taken out nor was a place identified for us to drop trash off. Unit was clean and spacious.

The pools were fantastic. We stayed in a cottage that had access to a semiprivate pool area shared with other cottages in our loop. The wristband gave us access to this area which was kept clean each day. We also went to the hotel pools which were more populated but had great music and several food and beverage options. The workout center was also a great spot with several treadmills, weight machines and stretching area with mats, dumbbells, kettlebells, and rollers. I loved that we could walk everywhere for meals and entertainment.

This is the second time I've stayed here and have loved it both times. The cleanliness, convenience, and overall entertainment were great. One thing I would suggest is something for adults, such as a lounge, exclusive to property guests. However, I highly recommend this resort.

Each cottage has a unique and quaint style. The cottage was quiet from outside noises. It was in a great location for shopping, eating, amusement parks and conference we attended...12 minutes max.
