Beautiful resort. Everyone was very nice. Checkin process a little slow. Our room had used towels from previous guests- were behind door so didn’t notice until our friends came and used the bathroom. Had concerns about how clean that bathroom was if they didn’t take out used towels.

Staying at the margaritaville cottages was amazing! It was our first time and we will definitely be going back. The only thing that wasn’t clearly communicated at booking is that this isn’t part of the hotel so you don’t get a change of towels or your bed made unless you call housekeeping 24 hours ahead and there is a charge. I also had to run out and by some multi surface cleaner to wipe everything down before we left as they ask that it be in the condition it was in when you first arrived. Other than that the trip was amazing, super convenient parking in front of your cottage if you drive or rented a car. Publix and target are super close for grocery shopping. You have every appliance you need including washer and dryer in unit, all dishes, cookware and cutlery are included as well so you can do your own cooking. When we left we offered our leftover groceries to one of the neighbour’s so we didn’t have to dispose of items that weren’t opened or barely used! There’s tons of restaurants close by and Disney and universal are a quick 5-10 min drive away. The pools are Margaritaville are amazing, very family friendly. Both pools had a “tiki bar” that served incredible drinks, frozen pina colada’s, daiquiri’s and margaritas. They had a great selection of beers and food at the pool bar! The cottage was very dusty and the furniture (couch and ottoman’s) very dirty and ripped. My child allergies flared up terribly on day 1. Per hair on the throw pillows very disgusting. I was not comfortable sitting on the couch nor allowing my kids to sit and watch tv . Please update the furniture accordingly and air out the units . Too much dust

We loved so much about the stay, the cottages were modern but comfortable and smartly decorated. There were all the essentials in the kitchen even a huge amazing blender. The buildings were very attractive and painted lovely colors. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms as well (could have been a little more upgraded, basic shower stalls). The entire unit was very spacious also. The pools were gorgeous with chairs available right in front. However there were a few things we didn't like. We were unaware it was 2 floors for our unit before we arrived and our 2 year old was extremely hard to keep off the stairs. There were also No safety gates available. This was very uncomfortable and a safety concern. The pool was not heated and there was no water slides. The bar line was 30 minutes just to get a drink, definitely understaffed. The bartender was lovely and doing her best but there could have been more staff. Food took 45 mins from ordering also. Pretty slow. There were No grills or grilling areas on property to prepare our own food. With the flu going around we wanted to stay outside with our friends and that didn't happen. We got them sick :( There was a bit of mildew in the shower corners. The ACs cannot be set below 70 degrees and it was a bit uncomfortable at night when you are used to sleeping at 65.

My family and I absolutely love staying at margaritavilles. There always clean and the staff is always more than friendly. We really appreciate the shuttle service they offer throughout the resort and to the local shopping areas. I’d strongly recommend margaritaville to anyone!

They did not give us brackets to provide discounts until day three. They then booked my mom for a time share seminar to make up for it and then when she booked the day to attend they told her it has to be the person who booed the stay that attends. So they waisted our time and money. No one gave us a tour or showed us. Where to find events or anything. They gave us a room key and didn’t help us enjoy the week stay
