The lazy river cost an additional fee of $25 per day to use … and the food available on site was not good. They didn’t have many individual restaurants … instead they had just one restaurant and the other dining options were walk up counter service type food and they were hardly open and had long lines

Great rooms and nice accommodations. They have a security check point to get into the resort area which frequently took 5-10 minutes waiting in line to get through. One time the wait line was backed up onto the road. Had the smoke detector chirping but there was no info about how to call maintenance or even the front desk.

The property is nice to stay in, the check-in line surprises me because it is big. The room is fine, but the air conditioning does not cool properly. If you closed the door to the rooms, the heat was unbearable, you could only feel air in the living room, the kitchen. The only reason I didn't say anything was because I went with limited time to celebrate my son's birthday, so we weren't willing to waste part of our time waiting in line to speak with someone, or perhaps having to change rooms, it was something we solved by leaving the room doors open and it's funny, because before I decided to make the reservation I was reading the reviews and I remember reading this problem with the ACs, but I always thought that shouldn't be my case. Another thing that caught my attention was the curtains in the rooms, broken and they do not have a short light curtain, that is, it is barely daylight because the light wakes you up for those who are used to sleeping, not in total darkness, but without the light being an inconvenience. On the other hand, cleaning is not the best, especially when there are people like ours who are allergic and of course it is easy to identify environments with dust, odors, etc. In general I recommend it, but taking into account everything I experienced, and what I read in some reviews is true.

I don’t know where to start. Everything was great. First, let me say the check-in girl was so friendly. The accommodations were way more than I expected. I asked for a specific room, not expecting it to happen and they were able to do it. Oh my gosh, 😊. The staff was very professional and always right there when you needed them we had a driver named Chazz 20 out of 10. Needless to say any extra money, I have will probably be going toward Westgate this summer.
