Devonte was the nicest while checking us in, Elizabeth at the universal counter is amazing at her job and was a real hero and the spa ladies were our favorite. Sokie and the ladies need a big raise. Everyone was so sweet, the Starbucks ladies were very nice and always a nice break during the day.

Staff were courteous & helpful. Rooms were clean & well stocked. 7 swimming pools, Tennis/pickle ball court, pool bars, BBQ area, mini-golf, Treasure Cove water park, free transportation to Universal studios, basketball court & spa, are a few of the amenities available. Small market area on premise. Drafts bar, market place, pizzeria, sweets shop, arcade, bistro, souvenir shop, bowling, fitness room, etc. are available. Fire pits turned on at night. Lovely place to vacation. Free parking available.
