Park Inn by Radisson at Oslo Airport

We had a 9 hour layover on our way to Svalbard so took the opportunity for a night in the Park Inn by Radisson at Oslo Airport. We were given instructions of which shuttle bus to take and to journey was only 7 minutes. There was a timetable at reception, so it was easy to work out our return shuttle Next time I would chosen an earlier shuttle as we found the customs & security so slow at the airport, that we had to run to board! I found the bed super comfy as I have joint problems sleeping, but it was too soft for my husband (who is more comfortable on the floor) We had a lovely meal in the restaurant & breakfast starts at 4am, so enjoyed that before the shuttle. Staff were very friendly & we would definitely go back to the same hotel for a layover again

Att betala 80 kronor för transporten till och från flygplatsen är ganska ovanligt, Bussen kör för tre hotell och det borde vara gratis.

Very helpful check-in staff, great breakfast and nice modern room (although quite small). A 7 minute ride from the airport by shuttle bus (160 Kr for 2 adults). A nice touch was the message from the hotel after booking with directions and timetable for the bus. This enabled us to immediately hop on the waiting bus after a late night arrival.

Inadequately described but done the job.

Our flight was cancelled and so we did 2 nights at the Park Inn. When we checked in we had to wait an hour to check in despite booking online. There was no self-check-in system Which would have helped greatly. Food was nice. The Superior Room I booked on the first night was small and inadequately described. The bathroom was tiny. The second night I booked the family room. It felt a little more spacious but lacked a mini fridge. The bathroom was adequately sized. As a result I suggest a Family room when needing to book.
