Comfortable double room, nice bed and enough space to hang clothes and place luggage away. Clean place to sleep and has a restaurant next door for the food and drink cravings. Easy to park if travelling with car

Clean, comfortable Hotel. Friendly staff. Near a charming little town that had many excellent restaurants. It's a very nice alternative to staying in Mastricht, Netherlands. We will come back again

A quiet, clean, well-kept, but not where the action is type of place. The room was good-sized with a comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was very nice. There is an attached restaurant that was open one of the nights we were there, and it was very good. English-French language barrier got in the way a little bit.

Après un malentendu lors de mon dernier sejour, malentendu qui Après une explication franche et nette s est révélé positif, personnel accueil compréhensif et aimable, donc tout est dans l ordre comme auparavant ou nous étions toujours très satisfaits de nos séjours. Décevant au possible, après avoir réservé et payé notre réservation pour moi et mon fils HANDICAPé , confirmation faite par hotel.com ne précisant pas les horaires d ouverture de la réception hotel et code éventuel permettant d'accéder à l a chambre. Arrivons vers 19h et attendons 1 heure dehors , sonnons à la porte, téléphonons plusieurs fois à un numéro en cas d absence de la réception sans réponses et enfin vers 20h un client sort de l hotel et nous permet d'accéder au comptoir sur lequel se trouve notre nom et clés de chambre, débrouillez vous, UNE HEURE DEHORS AVEC UNE PERSONNE HANDICAPEE , une HONTE; pas de réponses au téléphone ... je vous déconseille cet établissement laissé à l abandon de la clientèle. Le restaurant tout proche nous a affirmé que cela était très courant de laisser la clientèle sans réponses etc ... lendemain matin au départ , toujours personne à la réception , pour le contact humain, vous pouvez repasser, heureusement qu il n y avait pas une urgence de style feu dans l établissement ou ascenseur coincé que sais je ? bonne gestion ...
