The room was freezing! And I noticed room service items left from one day to the next on the landing of the floor. Room was clean- needs updating and restaurant was okay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a charge to park overnight £20.but it suited us the breakfast was £10 extra pp. Well worth it book when booked room. Arrived late afternoon went to Alexandria for fish and chips 20 to 30 mins away eat on the banks of Loch lomond less than a mile further. Well worth the £111 for 2 in double room

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the terminal. This literally a 2 min walk to the terminal from the hotel. Unfortunately, that’s about it. It doesn’t have a laundry facility, they will send your laundry out but only if you get it in by 9a and each item of clothing is priced at an insanely expensive rate. There isn’t a hotel shop to buy snack/bite to eat. There is a snack machine on the 6th floor that allows to buy one snack at a time so you end up with a ton of individual charges on your card. There wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the room so even you did bring food with you to heat up or save, you couldn’t. For it being 2025 it sure could use a few updates in order to bring it up to par with crappy motels. The room was fine, just less than average for what you pay.
