We had to evacuate the hotel due to some twit setting off the alarm. We heard somebody was smoking in their room. I am 75 years old and when standing in cold had no option but wet myself which was very embarrassing. Staff did not care. Also when they were checking that people were out they made a big shambles of trying to do this. Just as well it was not a real fire.

We stayed 1 night before a flight and felt the hotel was very tired. Carpets at lift area ripped and had tape over tears. We had a meal and were disappointed in portion size for money paid. Bar had no orange juice.

The hotel is in a perfect location for the Glasgow airport. We just spent one night there before our early morning flight. The rooms need to be updated. It wasn’t a big deal for us because we were only there to sleep.
