What could have been a wonderful stay was tainted because the property was not listed as a smoking property. We were unable to enjoy the casino because the entire casino was filled with smokers and to get in and out of the lobby, you had to go through clouds of smoke, including all the restaurants, elevators and the little gift shops. So we spent most of our vacation off of the property.
The only saving grace was the rooms and the pool area was nice, though some guests were smoking at the pool. Give your customers the common courtesy of telling them that there is smoking on the property and let them decide if they want to be there. In addition we had planned a spa day. But the spa was closed during our stay and no one at the front desk knew about it.
For Expedia, I have another comment. I was disappointed to learn that there was a $30 resort fee for every day that we stayed. That also was something that was not communicated to me by Expedia. I think that it would be a nice thing for Expedia to do is including all the fees associated with the stay at this facility.
