Hotel was nice. Was very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. Loved the area. It is an older hotel that has been renovated. We sat around the fire pits in the evening and the grapefruit trees were full and very tasty. Would stay there again.

This hotel is…okay. The “renovated” rooms still feel kind of dated. The first room I was in had a heating/cooling unit that created a condensation lake on the floor, and was really loud. The outside lights on the balcony stayed on so it was impossible to get a fully dark room. The first night I was there the cushions had been removed from the chairs surrounding the fire pit prior to the area closing at 10pm, which made it pretty uncomfortable to sit at the fire pit. In the second room they moved me to, after not being able to fix the air conditioning lake situation, the USB port next to the bed on one side was broken and non-functional, and the tub drained rather slowly. I never actually had housekeeping come to the room while I was there, because housekeeping only comes every third day. When I requested more bottled water (a daily feature of the resort), I was given a kind of hard time about requesting “extra bottles”, even though housekeeping had never come to replace them. For the price, I’d suggest staying at Agua Caliente or the Rowan. They are more expensive, but it’s a better value experience. Kudos to Jeff the shuttle driver, though. He was great.

Palm Mountain Resort & Spa was in a great location, convenient for walking to downtown and restaurants. We enjoyed the amenities especially the pool and fire pits. The staff was very friendly and gave good recommendations and the room was cute - we loved the Palm Springs vibes. A few notes on the room: - The AC unit was loud - The outlets next to the beds didn’t work - The shower had a ear piercing sound when you turned the water on

The room was super clean. The staff were very nice. Great location. No trouble finding parking. We enjoyed the firepit in the evening. Want to return to use the pool and bikes. Would recommend some tea bags in the room or lobby with the coffee.

The stay was great — the room was extremely clean, well kept, and very large! I loved the balcony; it was the perfect spot to unwind and read a book. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, despite appearing slightly understaffed at check in. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the assortment of fruit trees bearing fruit that guests could pick right on the property as well. If I return to Palm Springs, I will definitely be staying at this location again!
