When we arrived the bed and whole room was messy as if someone had just left. We found the bed was not made, towels on the floor, food left overs and trash on the night stand. The lady at the front desk told us she would have to give us another room on the 2nd floor and it would be a queen bed, when I had clearly paid for a King sized bed and asked to be on the because of my son's disability. I said that would not work for us and she said with a bad attitude we would have to wait until she cleaned the room then. We agreed to wait. So when we went back into that room and were about to go to bed as I lifted the sheets I saw what looked like stains of blood and fecal matter. I reported this to their messaging system and on the hotel's website where it says contact us. The messaging system replied saying they would contact front desk and she would contact me shortly. We waited and she did not come to assist us. I went to Walmart at 11:30pm to buy a king sized blanket, sheets and pillow covers. We went to bed at around 12:20am because of this incident. We woke up at 5am for a procedure at Stanford. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. Lack of hygiene, bad hospitality, seriously not even in the cheapest hotels in México have I seen this level of filthiness. I'm beyond livid I paid for this nasty room and rude treatment by the hotels staff
