Front desk staff and restaurant staff are excellent! Location was good and the hotel has 24/7 security. The actual hotel room lacks the amenities you would expect for a 4 star hotel. No central AC, no fridge or minibar, no safe, limited toiletries.

This hotel has a lot to offer and it was a modern refuge for me. The main reasons I booked this hotel was the jacuzzi and laundry service. However you have to book time in the jacuzzi and it was difficult to track down the person responsible for booking ans he seemed overly busy and then it wasn’t very hot and ended up making my skin itch. The food and service were good in the restaurant. I ended up on the wrong elevator and had difficulty finding the lobby as several floors had lights off and there was limited signage pointing to the guest elevator or lobby. I loved my room and slept well and it’s a beautiful hotel. I also only received one drink ticket and Expedia said I would get two. Also there was no laundry service as advertised on Expedia which was a bit of a hassle for me. I don’t regret my night there but for the price I should have been overwhelmed with a quality experience and I wasn’t. I believ it also says there’s a spa but the spa is a few blocks away at a sister hotel. Now~that was one of the best massages I have ever received from Jessica. It completely exceeded my expectations and I left feeling renewed. I was able to do the booking over English text with what’s app and that made it very easy for me.

I like the location it was right in front of the lake and the sun sets were breathtaking, the eastness of walking to and from main Street where all the restaurants and shopping are it was great.

I just wouldn’t pay 4-star price for this. Food on property isn’t great, A/C was loud and wasn’t efficient. TV and phone didn’t work. We also ordered room service and after 45 mins (they said it would be 20), we went downstairs to check on it. Turns out it had just been sitting under plastic wrap and got super cold and soggy. The restaurant wasn’t busy either they were just standing around. If this was a 2-3 star I’d be totally happy! Pool is good, location is good, super safe. But given they are charging more, I just wouldn’t recommend to anyone of my friends.
