Great view from the balcony! Good desayuno buffet and cenas también. Too much noise from the firecrackers so the sleep quality was poor and the beds were too small and pillows too soft

Property is old with no central A/C in room (only a very noisy portable one). And the room’s walls were paper-thin, making it impossible for us to sleep, as we could even listen what the guests next door were talking about. Rooms were pretty clean, but useless for me when I can’t even sleep. Then only good thing about the hotel is it’s staff. They were all very kind and helpful.

Fantastic place great location easy parking. Well, kept facilities. Very clean very safe and staff was very nice. It’s right in front of the lake so the views are fantastic. We got a lake view in the high floor. The staff was really nice. Very courteous. I definitely highly recommended. The restaurant is fantastic. They have an incredible dishes, especially the lomito . The staff was notifying me way ahead when I was going to get there and they were really accommodating to our needs. The suite was absolutely fabulous. I definitely. highly recommend this place. There’s so much to see and to walk all around the city the location as I mentioned before is incredible.

Hotel is very dated…photos are misleading. As soon as they insisted on wrist bands, I knew we made a mistake…only the worst resorts still do this. Air conditioning (portable) didn’t work. Water stank like sulpher. No safe in room. Very basic accommodations.

hospitality people, send me a message a day before asking for any doubt I could have and also offering different services like chocolates, drinks or charcuterie, explained that was for my daughter to enjoy a great time and even send a card welcoming, unfortunately the service at restaurant and the food was awful, the waitress took the wrong order and we ask four different plates and any of them was seasoned properly, not even with salt, pool wasn’t clean, when we check in, we ask for the activities that offered through message but they just pointed through a brochure indicating a phone number not what they mentioned, I think that the only really saving point at the hotel, was the amazing view through our balcony, that was beautiful!!
