My husband, our two children, and I stayed from August 15–18. Unfortunately, the hotel did not match the photos shown on Expedia. The bathroom was very disappointing — the floor felt weak, the water temperature was so hot that I couldn’t safely bathe my children, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The parking was horrible kinda unsafe. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. On the positive side, the location was in a quiet area of the beach, and the front desk staff was very kind. We decided to make the best of it since switching rooms wasn’t really an option. However, we likely won’t be returning in the future.

There is no Internet in the room, not enough sun loungers in the pool, when the hotel is full there is nowhere for people to even sit. Only two Carts for things, elevator is super slow. People smoke on the balconies. And the last thing I saw on the final day was a COCKROACH.

The outside of the building is showing wear. The bathroom needs works by the bottom plastic molding was peeling. I saw mold in there too. Woke up next to large roach dying on the floor

Very run down. Upgraded to a better room that was supposed to have a sliding door on the balcony, ended up with a solid door and a window . Not the same. I wish I wouldn't have paid for a upgrade . The beach was great but I wouldn't stay there again.

It is on the Ocean but the customer service was horrible and the lady lied about the room being trashed upon giving my cash deposit back I took a video of the room with no trash on the floor all dishes was cleaned no food left in fridge!! The room itself was decent it’s not a 5 star it gets the job done but be careful the back door doesn’t lock and shut all the way not safe! The maintenance man was awesome he was the best experience and nicest person ever!!

CLEAN & Easy

This is a no frills hotel BUT it’s clean and easy! It has the best beach access with walk throughs on the first floor that go right out to the pool and then directly to the beach. That + Clean … just right! There is only ONE improvement this hotel really needs to consider…an in-room washer and dryer. Take out the closet and replace with the washer with the dryer on top. PERFECTION!

Dirty filthy disgusting. Grease all over stove. Nothing was wiped down hair all over in bathroom. Same EVERYWHERE.... there was toothpaste caked to the bathroom faucet... no toilet paper in the bathroom... we won't be staying here again.. and we list our stay in every travel forum i can find....

No working toilet in room

My 2 sisters and I arrived on Monday. The 3 of us are seniors. One is on O2. The toilet was clogged. Maintenance plunged toilet. Tuesday toilet was clogged and no water in toilet tank. Informed office twice. Maintenance repaired. Wednesday at 11:47pm I was trying to get someone to unclog toilet as we were going downstairs to bathroom at pool. No one ever came. I was back in office before 8:00 am on Thursday (we are still using bathroom downstairs at pool although we rented a room on 5th floor. Received no apologies just “we will send maintenance “.

The room was updated aesthetically but not functionally. The bath appeared clean but falling apart.
