From the moment we checked in, throughout our stay and until the moment we checked out, our experience was amazing! This was mostly due to the hotel staff who were all so very eager to help us with anything we needed. From shopping tips to taxi reservation to a special surprise for our special occasion, everything and everyone was magnificent! I want to especially mention Polina who felt like a good friend from the moment we checked out. She made it seem personal to her that we enjoyed our time in Paris and were looked after.
