What a disappointment! I'm OK with a simple room but I got assigned "the room with no number" with an entry door in the bar. A door handle that didn't work led to sort of 'extra/emergency/overflow' room with a bathroom floor that was a disgrace! Grimy, stained and looking very unsanitary, I was afraid to remove my shoes. Thank goodness it wasn't too far to get to the station next morning for my onward journey.

The room was ordinary. There was no thermostat so you cannot change the temperature. On our last night we noticed that we had bed bug bites. You have to leave your card key at the reception but they don’t even check who you are when you come back for the key on your way back from outside.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing stay The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were no power outlets for charging devices, no air conditioning, and no heating. We booked a triple room with a king bed but found three small twin beds, two of them simply pushed together. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable, and the overall setup felt neglected. There were also some strange people lingering in the hallway, which made us feel unsafe. Definitely not worth the price.

Staff very nice and helpful! Very outdated. NOT a 3 stars! Barely 1star! The two light fixtures against the wall by the beds, one did not work, the other working but hanging by a thread. One plug by the entrance only with an extension cord that was provided. No plugs by the beds. One side light in the bathroom, made it difficult to shave. Two ceiling lights, one working but very dim. The other not working! Two small beds, one I could feel the springs, next day I used the other one. Not sure how they got 3 stars! I stayed in 3 stars hotel in Paris and they were amazing. Don’t know if it was only my room, but it was very disappointing.

Room was dirty, old appliances. Stains on bed and curtains. Floor had crumbs and bed as well.

If you find the price fits your budget better than other hotels around train stations, you might want to stay here. Nothing fancy; makes Web site photos laughable. Room was very clean, but spare. Bed was hard. Continental breakfast was fine, but no hot food as advertised. Cheap, clean and convenient, but for aesthetics would not stay again.
Fairly roomy, clean, but minimal amenities.

I stay at this hotel for 5 nights. Pros: - Location, it’s right next to Gare du Nord - Affordable (spoiler, not worth it!) Cons: - Does not feeling safe,; we have to left the room key card with them whenever we are heading out, no ID check when pickup the key card, they were just asking the room number. - There’s no safe in the room, I stayed on the top floor when open out to the balcony we can just walk to the next room. The cleaner left the balcony door open unlocked. Not safe to leave any valuable belongings in the room. - Dirty bathroom, strange smells, no air circulation, clogged sink. Overall not clean. - Dirty towels, sheets. If I could go back in time I’d totally stay elsewhere.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Welcoming, helpful, kind. The surrounding area had plenty of dining options. My only complaint would be the bedding did not seem clean (my comforter had visible stains and even a hole burned through it) however, fresh towels were provided everyday. I would stay here again!
