My only complaint is that when taking a shower, the water would go from extremely hot to exptremely cold. I couldn't get it to be at a comfortable temperature!

Room and staff were excellent. Communication was great. BUT coming from Orly airport to CDG and finding the shuttle was horrible and instruction of location was based of arriving at CDG. WE Ended up taking a tracking an uber. Beautiful spaces but NOT for anyone with hearing loss. Please consider acoustics in your next redesign.

Amazing Stay!! We had a great stay at this hotel. Our receptionist, Alysia, was amazing- so welcoming, helpful, and made check in easy. She offered us an amazing room. The room was new, clean, and very comfortable, Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had a lot of healthy options. I am vegan and found lots to eat. The rooms we updated and very clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy; the shuttle to the airport is a great bonus.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. The staff… somewhat friendly. The room, the carpet… horrible, disgusting, disgusting, disgusting. The sheets seemed like they hadn’t been changed; they had a strange smell — like the body odor of another person. So honestly, I didn’t like it. The hotel itself is big and looks very nice, but inside the room — which for me is very important — the cleanliness was disappointing, even gross. They really need to pay more attention to those things: replace the carpet or something, because it smelled like cigarettes and even had cigarette burns. So, that was my experience.
