J’ai 80 ans et suis légèrement handicapée. Quand j’ai demandé de l’aide pour descendre mes valises (départ pour l’Inde), il m’a été répondu que ce genre de prestation n’est pas prévu. À mon arrivée cependant quelqu’un avait pu m’aider. Une jeune stagiaire avait été très aimable et serviable. Par ailleurs, je n’ai pas réussi à me servir de la télé. L’indication comme quoi le room service se trouvait là m’a renvoyé au QR code sur la table de nuit, que je n’ai pas pu scanner. Je ne pense pas retourner à Innside.

We came in earlier than expected, one of the staff just brushed us off and said check in is at 2 pm , without checking if there is a room available. But the other lady, helped us by checking if there is available room and checked us in. Very helpful and pleasant.

We liked this hotel and its convenience to CDG. The staff members were very welcoming, and the room was very quiet. We had trouble figuring out the heating/cooling system, but we were comfortable nonetheless.

Open space concept of bathroom and shower makes this room appear very large and is perfectly optimized with all conveniences in a unique setup. Not suited for people looking for privacy when in bathroom. Restroom is separate with the usual privacy.

I had the impression it was "Inside the airport". Technically, it is, but it is still a few miles from the terminals. Public transport drops you a fair distance from the hotel. If you have luggage, that doesn't work (we had to call an Uber). Also, the room was large, as advertised, but the bathroom was still very small.

The hotel is super close to CDG Airport which is why we selected it as we had an early morning flight and were on the tail end of our European Girls Trip. Whike the room is bigger than a traditional Paris Hotel room, the configuration was weir. The bathroom is glass and completely see through (ok if uih are with your partner, but a bit awkward if you are with friends).

My flight was cancelled, so had to find a hotel nearby CDG and I booked Innside. Tha t was absolutely right choice! The room was really spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were really charming. Highly recommend!
