The room was very clean but the bathroom wasn’t that clean. The toilet seats were gross and the shower-head had hair stuck in it. But the staff was so nice and accommodating being that we only spoke English. It’s a great place to stay if you’re going to be out most of the day.

We paid for a room that's listed as "Privelege"; it was clean and tidy but extremely small with a metal closet that was unusable, measuring approximately 14"-15" wide. There is a refrigerator in the room, but was empty upon our arrival; there were no bottles of water. As a result, we had to make our way outside to purchase water. There is a small window with semi sheer curtains facing the back of another building. We were concerned about privacy, so I approached the middle aged man at the front desk who checked us in to inform him that we didn't have any privacy; I also mentioned the fact that we got a "Privilege Room, yet, the window was facing a wall. We were very surprised by his combative tone; he informed us that he was not the architect so he doesn’t know what we want him to do. I responded that his attitude and response was not customer friendly. I reiterated that we don't have any window shades for privacy and in the same combative tone he told me that there was a switch on the wall that operated the blinds. I felt that when we checked in those instructions should have been given to us. The hotel is in a great location; close to Moulin Rouge, the Metro, and tons of Cafés and Restaurants but I wouldn't return. The bathroom was challenging because of it's narrow width; every move while taking a shower would turn the water off and we would have to quickly turn it back on; in my humble opionion, the shower head should have been placed on the right corner instead.

The staff was very helpful and friendly (and patient with my bad French). The room was clean and we were pleasantly surprised to have a towel warmer in our bathroom. I loved that the window opened for fresh air. There was quite a bit of outside noise on the weekend, so if you need absolute silence to sleep, the location may be problematic. But I wasn’t bothered. I loved being so close to so many shops and restaurants. A great stay for the price!

The bathroom sliding doors do not close well and more importantly are transparent providing no privacy as other occupants in the room can view you from the outside. Also, I arrived shortly before the end of the breakfast time which was never provided to me and was questioned as whether or not I was entitled to breakfast when my sister had paid for it.

Great stay overall. There’s no iron in the room-I had emailed to ask before my stay and never got a response. The hotel is surrounded by night life so it’s noisy. We could hear people parting till 5am. Very walkable area-walked from the louvre at night and felt safe. Room is super tight but was expected. Shower is tiny and see-through, no privacy. Housekeeping came everyday-but did not change the sheets. Staff was friendly and I would stay here again. Ac was great!

The room we stayed in at first was on the side of the hotel with a nightclub outside. Unfortunately , the noise was utterly unbearable and it lasted the entire night. My partner went downstairs to ask if we could be moved, whilst she was doing this I contacted hotels.com online chat to discuss it, as I have very poor eyesight and could not myself get up to go downstairs My partner came back up and said that the night receptionist (male) had agreed to move us to another room the next day, and we should leave our bags in the room and the staff would move them for us during the day The next morning l went downstairs to ask about the room move and it was another receptionist (female). When I told her who I was, she immediately reacted aggressively , telling me I should not have contacted Expedia I should have came down to reception. This shocked me, as I had very good reason not to come down to reception, I had a long day travelling and as a customer I expected to have a peaceful nights sleep. When I go to bed it takes a lot of effort due to my eyesight to get up and ready to go anywhere especially in the middle of the night! To be spoken to in such a way I found completely unacceptable Then instead of offering the staff to move our bags, the female was offended that I should dare to speak to Expedia and not her, so she just gave me the key and said ‘the room is ready’ and then looked away. This experience almost ruined my entire weekend

The room was fine, and generally, the service was good. I did bang my head on a light fitting by the bed and cut it. I was surprised that when I went to the front desk, I was told that they didn’t have a first aid kit and I was ‘fine, just relax’. I had to go find a pharmacy for an ice pack and plasters.

The Hotel is in an ideal location or so I initially thought. On Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday you will hear extremely loud noises from the nightclub on a neighboring street " Eve" until 5am and patrons outside blasting their music and singing. The Hotel does not call anyone regarding the noise compliant. Instead I saw and heard other hotel guests go outside to complain. The hotel is the smallest I've been in quite sometime. There were no tissues, no phone etc. it was cleaned daily which was a positive. When asking for tissues, we were given a few paper towels ( I ended up sick and went through my own two personal boxes). Due to this, forced to use toilet tissue. I would not recommend this to anyone but someone I depised. It is close to major attractions, great food places nearby and the metro. Otherwise spend an extra 100 or 200 dollars to be AWAY from the nightclub and complaciant staff.
