Exceptional Service and Thoughtful Staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. We had an early departure and needed to leave before 7 AM, and to our surprise, they kindly opened the breakfast area half an hour earlier just for us—even though they didn’t have to. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Highly recommended!

Wish I could give 5 stars, but without the air conditioning that was advertised, it is only 4 star. Be warned, air conditioning is in lobby, not in room. Even at 28 degrees celsius, they would not provide A/C to the room. Very very hot in room, no screen if you open windows for fresher air and lots of fireworks happening. (Yay Paris football championship!) Aside from that, FANTASTIC place, service and location. Would definitely stay here again if they did in fact provide A/C in rooms. Call ahead. Metro and bus very close and easy to navigate with app. Free snacks, water and coffee provided in lobby. Coffee was really good. Croc place across the street and Thai/Vietnamese restaurant just a couple blocks down the street, fantastic and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

Great Paris stay

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Very spacious room for our family with a double bed and twin beds. Breakfast was fine. Location was good, metro station 2 min walk from the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby.
