Snow Flower #124 is a spacious two-bedroom condo, with a loft and three bathrooms, located on the top floor of building III. The fun western style décor and furnishings are one-of-a-kind with unequivocal attention to detail. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

You will love cooking your favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen which includes granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances while enjoying the company of your friends and family in the open-concept space. Enjoy a meal around the café table that seats two or the breakfast bar with seating for four.

The living room features comfortable seating that invites you to relax around a striking gas-burning fireplace or catch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. Access the private patio through the sliding glass doors which is perfect for après ski in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the views of the Aspen grove.

The main suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and an abundance of natural light from the picture windows that grant stunning views of the Aspen grove. The en suite bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination.

The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV. The shared guest bathroom features a bathtub and shower combination.

Upstairs is an open loft area that includes a cozy queen-sized bed, a bunk bed with a queen-size bed on the bottom and twin-size bed on the top, and a ceiling fan. The private bath includes a gorgeous walk-in shower with tile surround and glass enclosure.

For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, gas-burning fireplace, four TVs, wall safe, and hairdryers in the bathrooms.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
