We always stay here

We have family in Parry Sound, so go up there about twice a year and always stay here. While the room decor is a little dated, it's always clean and comfortable. And the staff are wonderful and the main reason we keep coming back.

This hotel hasn’t been upgraded since it opened many years ago. Ok for one night. Even though there’s a kitchenette, there isn’t even a glass! Let alone plates, cutlery… Very basic

Very nice hotel, close to the highway renovated bathroom comfortable bed. Black hair in the tub & I do not have black hair, cleaning could be better. Through no fault of the hotel the people in the adjoining room had there phone alarm (not on vibrate) actually set loud on their phone for 4:30am 5am 6am & 7am, when I went to check out at 9am they had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on their door handle!!!! Really love ignorant people!!

Upon our late arrival received a pleasant welcome from Scott at reception. Travelling with my puppy and felt he was also welcome 😊! Check in was friendly, quick and efficient, much appreciated after a long travel day.
