Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
There was urine all over the toilet seat, the bar of soap was already opened, and the floor was a mess
I booked a non smoking room, but I was placed in a smoking room. The toilet was used and not flushed. I tried to switch rooms, and they said no rooms were available so I had to check out and leave. They told me I have to contact the third party for a refund.
The 1st room I was given by the new front desk guy, the remote didn’t work. He tried to fix it. He gave me another room. The2nd room had a disgusting bathroom, black mold and urine all over the bathroom floor. So, the manager programmed the remote in the 1st room and I moved my stuff back into that one.
